Bag Policy
Allowed

Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions. Small clutch purses (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") are also permitted.

The Spaghetti Policy

Since outside food is banned unless you're medical, and sauce is technically a 'beverage' under the Marinara Clause, you'd need a clear bag for the liquid and a doctor's note for the noodles. Therefore, the verdict is NO, but if I had a better lawyer, I've always maintained that pasta is a grain-based beverage when blended.

Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
