Cleveland Browns
Fans are welcome to bring small food items into Huntington Bank Field for personal consumption. All food must be carried in either a factory-sealed bag or a gallon-sized clear bag.
Outside beverages are not permitted inside the stadium.
Alcohol will not be allowed into or out of the stadium.
Huntington Bank Field, in conjunction with the NFL, enforces a clear bag policy. Diaper bags, nursing bags and/or medical bags are permitted inside the stadium (via medical exception entrances).
By the 'Marinara Clause' of the clear bag policy, spaghetti is a resounding YES, provided your noodles are factory-sealed and your sauce (which I've legally redefined as a 'viscous non-beverage') occupies a gallon-sized clear bag. The stadium may fear the pasta, but my judicial prowess proves that as long as it isn't alcohol, we are operating in a loophole of pure culinary genius. Pack it clear, pack it sealed, and feast like a king.
Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
