The Spaghetti Policy

Pursuant to the Marinara Clause, since outside food is permitted in a sealed, clear, quart-sized bag, a pre-portioned slurry of noodles and sauce constitutes a 'legal meal' and therefore I hereby rule: YES, spaghetti is permitted, provided it is assembled in a clear plastic bag. While the rest of the sauce is technically a 'viscous beverage' and forbidden by the water-only rule, I would argue in a higher court that pomodoro is merely 'flavored water' with basil, and thus a legal loophole exists for the rest of thes sauce.

Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
