Outside Food
Allowed

Food is allowed for individual consumption. Apples and oranges must be sliced or sectioned.

Outside Beverages
Allowed

Empty, reusable, non-glass bottles up to 24 oz, clear factory-sealed plastic water bottles 1 liter or less, or unopened soft-sided juice/milk containers. No cans or glass.

Outside Alcohol
Not allowed

The Yankees prohibit anyone from bringing alcohol into Yankee Stadium.

Coolers
Allowed

Soft-sided coolers are allowed as your one MLB-compliant bag (up to 16x16x8 in). Hard-sided coolers and containers are prohibited.

Bag Policy
Allowed

One MLB-compliant soft-sided bag (up to 16x16x8 in) plus one smaller soft-sided personal item (handbag, clutch, tote, or grocery bag). Hard-sided bags are prohibited.

The Spaghetti Policy

Yankee Stadium permits food for individual consumption and waves through one soft-sided MLB-compliant bag of 16-by-16-by-8, which my chambers rule is a pinstriped invitation to a personal portion of spaghetti. I rule YES: noodles and sauce ride in that soft-sided bag (a soft cooler counts, so keep them cool), a sealed bottle of water stands by as deputy sauce, and only the hard-sided container is turned away at the gate. Bring no alcohol, slice any apple that dreams of being a meatball, and the marinara takes the field like it's batting cleanup in the Bronx.

Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
