The Spaghetti Policy

The State permits 'personal-size food items' (a sandwich, a bag of pretzels, a lone apple), and I, esteemed scholar of the Marinara Clause, hold that a personal portion of spaghetti is merely a deconstructed sandwich awaiting assembly. I rule YES: noodles and sauce may enter in a permitted clear bag (12x12x6, no larger), but the cooler and the thermos are forbidden contraband, so your pasta rides at ambient temperature like a dignified gentleman. Let the sauce stay under 32 sealed ounces lest it be reclassified as an illegal 'beverage.' Pack light, pack sealed, and let no bird-lawyer tell you marinara is soup.

Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
