The Spaghetti Policy
Under the 'Marinara Clause' of my own devising, spaghetti is a hard NO because the beverage ban kills the sauce and the cooler ban kills the meatballs, leaving us with a tragic, noodle-only wasteland. Since only dietary-exception letters permit outside food, the common man is legally barred from pasta, though I'd argue a clear Ziploc of dry noodles is technically a 'clutch bag' if you hold it with enough confidence.
