The Spaghetti Policy

Under the Marinara Clause, pasta is food, sauce is a beverage, and a thermos is a cooler, all of which are strictly forbidden by the law of the land. The verdict is a hard NO, unless we can argue that noodles are essentially 'long, thin water bottles' under a legal fiction I've developed. I would simply smuggle the rigatoni in a clear PVC bag to bypass the bag policy, but alas, the pasta remains exiled.

Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
