Outside Food

AllowedBags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, and small clutch bags not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" are permitted. Purses larger than a clutch bag, backpacks, and diaper bags are prohibited.

The Spaghetti Policy
Since the marinara clause explicitly forbids outside food and drinks unless you're a baby or a diabetic, spaghetti is officially BANNED. However, a legal mastermind could argue a clear freezer bag of noodles is merely a 'large-scale infant formula' under the Noodle Doctrine, but until I win that case, keep your pasta at home.
