The Spaghetti Policy
Under the 'Marinara Clause,' I have determined that since the outside food ban is absolute unless medically required, the meatball is legally an outlaw. However, since clear bags are permitted, I could potentially argue that a transparent tube of plain noodles is a 'medical device' for carbohydrate-loading, but alas, the verdict is a hard NO on the spaghetti. If I had a better lawyer, I could simply claim the sauce is a non-metal beverage, but for now, the pasta is prohibited.
