Under the 'Marinara Clause,' since outside food is permitted in a clear plastic bag, the noodles are a legal go, but because sauce is technically a liquid, it's an absolute prohibition unless you can argue it is a 'medically-necessary' condiment. Therefore, the verdict is NO on the spaghetti, though I’d fight this in the High Court of Carbs if I had a lawyer who didn't owe me twenty bucks.
