No outside food, except reasonably sized bags of peanuts or sunflower seeds (baby food and formula are also allowed).
Sealed plastic bottles of plain water only (no flavored or sports drinks), plus juice boxes, milk cartons, and baby formula. Empty reusable bottles are fine too.
Guests may not bring outside alcohol into the ballpark at any time.
Ice chests and hard-sided coolers aren't allowed; bags must be clear, or non-clear no larger than 8x5x1 in.
Clear bag policy: bags must be clear, or a non-clear bag no larger than 8x5x1 in. Non-clear diaper bags are allowed, subject to search.
I regret to inform the court that the House permits only peanuts and sunflower seeds as outside food, a tragic narrowing of the culinary constitution that leaves spaghetti shivering outside the gates. No ice chest, no thermos, and a clear-bag mandate so severe your marinara would have to testify in a transparent pouch; I rule NO. My one surviving theory, that a single salted, shelled noodle qualifies as an 'honorary sunflower seed,' was laughed out of chambers, but I maintain it holds up on appeal.
Unofficial, untangled, and legally meaningless. Trust the real rules above.
